Explore the different pathways available to individuals and families interested in immigrating to Canada. Find the right pathway and navigate through the federal and provincial immigration programs.
Anand Immigration is well placed to help achieve your dream of studying in some of the top-notch institutions in Canada.
Canada has one of the highest percentages of immigrants who obtain citizenship. We can help you in your final immigration step which is applying for your Canadian Citizenship.
If you wish to submit your own immigration application, we are happy to provide an application review service to ensure that you submit a complete application package.
WHY A LICENSED CONSULTANT?
The Canadian immigration system is constantly evolving through the introduction of new categories, forms, policies, procedures and country guidelines.  Failure to complete the relevant application correctly and submit the mandatory supporting documents will result in your application being refused. Having your application represented by an CICC expert will help eliminate common mistakes and omissions, and will also help to identify more serious issues which could result in a refusal.

Canadian Law requires an immigration consultant to be licensed by CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants). Always use an authorized immigration and citizenship representative. Only some people can charge you a fee or receive any other type of payment to represent you on a Canadian immigration application. These people are called “authorized” representatives. They are:
-
citizenship or immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
-
lawyers or notaries must be a member of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
-
paralegals (Ontario only) must be members of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
